The California Restaurant Association would like to thank you for registering to the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Training & Exam. We look forward to seeing you.

Please note this training is at the restaurant INSIDE of Downtown Disneyland.

The Class will begin at 9:00 a.m., sharp. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes early. Make sure to bring a number two pencil, photo ID, and your textbook (if you purchased one). You will receive a lunch break, however, lunch is not provided so please plan accordingly.

Full Class registrants: Bring your ServSafe textbook with scantron.
Class & Exam (no text) registrants: A scantron will be provided at the class.
Exam only registrants: Arrive no later than 1pm, a scantron will be provided at the class.

Exam Results:

Results will be available 10-15 business days after the test is taken. You will receive an e-mail directly from the NRA – ServSafe that states your exam results are available for viewing on your ServSafe profile (must have a ServSafe profile created).

If you have trouble viewing or retrieving your results, feel free to contact Macy Fitch, Product Development + Training Manager for the CA Restaurant Association, at 916.431.2751 or mfitch@calrest.org; she is given access to all CA Restaurant Association ServSafe exam results.

Important notes:

* All sales are final and no refunds will be issued (unless training/exam session cancelled).
* You may transfer your registration to a new training/exam session date, but a fee of $50 will apply.
* This training/exam session is subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. You will be contacted by the CRA in any case that a training/exam session is cancelled. If cancelled, you will have the option of transferring to a new training/exam session date (free of charge), or receive your money back.
