California’s reforms to the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) represent the most significant changes to the statute since its enactment in 2004 and create new opportunities for restaurant employers to address and resolve claims early and reduce potential exposure. This webinar will examine compliance measures employers may adopt to reduce potential PAGA civil penalties, including as it relates to common issues involving meal and rest periods, timekeeping, scheduling practices, and pay compliance.
