In June 2022 the U.S. Supreme Court decided Viking River Cruises Inc. v. Angie Moriana, which decided the issue of whether California employers can enforce arbitration agreements requiring employees to bring their claims on an individual basis, and not as Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions. In this webinar, we will review the basics of arbitration agreements, enforceability issues, and what steps restaurant operators should take based on this monumental decision.
