The California Restaurant Association would like to thank you for registering to the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Training & Exam. We look forward to seeing you.

THIS IS A SPANISH INSTRUCTOR LEAD TRAINING WITH A SPANISH EXAM. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PURCHASE THE TEXTBOOK, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SENT THE SPANISH TEXTBOOK.

The Class will begin at 9:00 a.m., sharp. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes early. Make sure to bring a number two pencil and photo ID. You will receive a lunch break.

Full Class registrants: Bring your ServSafe textbook with scantron.
Class & Exam (no text) registrants: A scantron will be provided at the class.
Exam only registrants: Arrive no later than 1:30pm, a scantron will be provided at the class.

Exam Results:

Results will be available 10-15 business days after the test is taken. You will receive an e-mail directly from the NRA – ServSafe that states your exam results are available for viewing on your ServSafe profile (must have a ServSafe profile created).

If you have trouble viewing or retrieving your results, feel free to contact Macy fitch, Product Development + Training Manager for the CA Restaurant Association, at 916.431.2751, or mfitch@calrest.org; she is given access to all CA Restaurant Association ServSafe exam results.

Important notes:

Please check in to the front desk in the lobby. They will send you up to the 9th floor for the training. Unfortunately, we will not validate parking; please plan accordingly.

* All sales are final and no refunds will be issued (unless training/exam session cancelled).
* You may transfer your registration to a new training/exam session date, but a fee of $50 will apply.
* This training/exam session is subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. You will be contacted by the CRA in any case that a training/exam session is cancelled. If cancelled, you will have the option of transferring to a new training/exam session date (free of charge), or receive your money back.
